An inspiring environment

"I have experienced that HZ offers a great environment for lifelong learning, and not just as a student. For example, you can come in here as a lecturer, develop yourself and be promoted to research lecturer. That is fairly unique in Zeeland, but it is possible! I think HZ offers employees many opportunities. Sometimes you have to fight for it and go against the flow, but the space is there. And HZ really wants this aswell. We see those high potentials not only in students, but also in employees. And that makes HZ a very fun, inspiring environment."
